Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear and fair terms for your one-time Lifetime purchase.

1. The Lifetime plan
UPIstar sells one product: the Lifetime plan, for a one-time payment of ₹7,800. There are no subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel or auto-renew.
2. 7-day refund window
If UPIstar isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that:
- your account hasn't processed any live (non-sandbox) transactions, and
- the account hasn't been suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.
3. When refunds are not available
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Accounts that have processed live payments.
- Accounts terminated for prohibited or fraudulent use.
- Issues caused by your bank, UPI ID limits, or the UPI network, which are outside our control.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@upistar.in from your registered email address with the subject "Refund request", or call 1800 909 111. Include your business name and payment reference.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Once a refund is processed, your account and API keys are deactivated.
6. Refunds to your own customers
Payments from your customers go directly to your bank account, so UPIstar can't reverse or refund them. If you need to refund a customer, do it directly from your bank or UPI app.
